Very happy I booked this hotel for my family and friends. Hotel Pendini can be found across high-end stores and centrally located in Florence's must see spots. The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Loved the decor and atmosphere of the hotel and the rooms. They also had a room for 4 people which is not easy to find in Europe. The breakfast had a variety of bread, fruits, yogurt, cereals and their cappuccino was so good, I had 2 cups. Very reasonably priced, highly recommended when you're in Florence.
This is the fourth time we have stayed here in the past 4 years. We come to Florence for 3-4 weeks every year. It never gets old. Great rooms with grand air conditioning. The staff is wonderful and so helpful and friendly. They feel like family to us. The breakfast is outstanding along with coffee etc throughout the day. I high recommend it.
I booked to stay here with a group for two nights in December 2023. The physical location of the hotel is very central while also being close to the train station. The location, while great, meant there was significant noise until 1am or 2am in the morning. The room was quite warm, so we had to keep the window open, which meant the noise kept us up. Other than the noise, which was only an issue for some visitors, our visit was fantastic and we really enjoyed the hotel. Many of our travelers are looking forward to coming back and staying here in future travels to Florence.

Our room was huge, the hotel corridors are filled with art, cute furniture and objects, it’s a beautiful hotel to stay at.
This hotel has it all, great rooms (try to book a spacious superior room with view on the square) plus superb service and the best location. And for Florence reasonably priced.
Located in an typical old Florence building, easy aces with elevator and in the epic center of the city. Park you car in the car park close to the train station, and from there you can walk (20’) or take a tram or taxi to the hotel.
What a great place we have visited and stayed many times! From the perfect location exactly in the center of Florence to the accommodating staff, you can’t do better! It’s an easy walk to all the museums and churches. Great food all around you and a great breakfast as part of your stay. Just a few of the great staff I will mention, they are here to make you stay comfortable and easy. Pamela and Marco at the front reception desk, Lando and Shirley in the breakfast room, and Evelyn, the hard working and never tiring maid. Awesome place we stay for weeks at time yearly! Quaint, clean, beautiful and perfect location!! Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was great. Great view. Can’t wait to return!
LOVE. THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE! If you’re used to an American soft bed, this is going to feel like a dream! After a lot of harder European beds we were so happy to have this one for a few nights. The air conditioning was amazing too. Staff was very kind and the hotel looks really nice, it’s up a couple of floors but there is a quick elevator! The breakfast is great. Lots of options. They offer cappuccinos and other coffees and some juices along with a variety of fruits and vegetables, cereals, yogurts, pastries, and lots of hot options.
